Randall Beatty, M.D. is a board certified ophthalmologist and is Director of Orbital and Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital.  He treats eyelid disorders and removes lesions of the eyelids and surrounding areas.  He is a Colonel in the Air Force Reserves, has served in Iraq, and is actively involved in the training of U.S. military ophthalmologists.  He is on staff at The Surgery Center at Benbrook where he performs many of his complex surgeries.  Evaluations with Dr. Beatty can be made by contacting Balouris Eye Center, PC.
